BELLUM: prepare together, verify access first

Interest is welcome; game access is separate
BELLUM’s official store currently lists Standard as an Early Access pre-order, while Deluxe and Supporter include Closed Weekly Beta access. Check the current edition description and developer announcements yourself before paying or arranging play. This is a planning community, not an alternative way to obtain access.
Beta availability and builds can change. A friend playing earlier does not prove that your edition has access now. Confirm the current test window, launcher and build through official channels. Do not publish a promised release date or repeat a timetable from an old screenshot as if it were current.

Make a test-session plan people can use
Tell prospective teammates what is confirmed and what still needs checking. Keep the plan short enough to update when a testing window or build changes.
- State your eligible access without sharing a game key, order number, purchase email or account credentials.
- Use an exact date, start time and time zone. Reconfirm the developer’s current testing schedule before gathering the group.
- Describe your preferred contribution, microphone availability and experience. Say explicitly if you welcome first-time players.
- Agree who is organizing, how long you intend to play and what happens if someone cannot connect. Never promise a reserved server slot.
Keep useful notes without overselling a beta
After accepting the Game Serv rules, choose the BELLUM interest role and use the linked conversation for planning. The session builder below prepares text for you to copy; it does not register for a test, buy anything or publish automatically.
Share the build, approximate time and exact error when asking for help. Remove private account information from screenshots and follow any testing or recording restrictions. Send purchase or access problems to official support; community volunteers cannot issue keys. Mark personal impressions as impressions, not verified performance benchmarks.
